I can't state enough about how important it is to have a TAX Specialist working for you. Randell knows the ropes. My initial lawyer did nothing to help me, he only seemed to pass along whatever the IRS wanted and ended putting me into a 10 year payout for the full amount they wanted. I was needing to find out when my final payment. The agreement stated that I needed to pay until my principal was paid. Once I payed it, they changed the rules and added the additional penalties and interest accrued during this time because they still had the balance of the 10 years to keep taking from me.
